All of our trade partners work in both the residential and commercial worlds. I (Chris) come from a heritage of commercial contracting in that my great grandpa founded Kranz Construction in 1905. This makes me a 4th generation builder. KR’s sweet spot in the commercial landscape is in the remodeling, buildout, limited scope, and final finishes projects. We provide turn-key support in the planning and production of your light commercial projects. We work comfortably with municipality, fire safety, and building management officials.
